Jade Mountain

Jade Mountain is the Caribbean's most iconic room design — open-fourth-wall sanctuaries with private infinity pools framing the Pitons, the grandest and most architectural of the island's open-wall resorts, set on a cliff above its sister resort Anse Chastanet on a 600-acre estate at Soufriere. Twenty-nine sanctuaries run to twenty-four with private infinity pools — the STAR, MOON, SUN and GALAXY categories by size, the three Galaxy sanctuaries the largest with the most commanding 270-degree views — plus five SKY whirlpool suites, each with an open fourth wall, fifteen-foot ceilings and no televisions. The Jade Mountain Club brings James Beard-winning Jade Cuisine by Chef Allen Susser, the Celestial Terrace is for sunset cocktails and stargazing, and the boutique Kai en Ciel spa offers in-sanctuary treatments. Adults-oriented at fifteen and over, with Anse Chastanet's two beaches and dive centre on the estate below, it is the apex of the Pitons set, around forty-five minutes to an hour from Hewanorra or a short helicopter hop.
