Is my money protected if something goes wrong?
Yes, completely. Every package booking is protected under our ATOL licence (No. 12118), issued by the UK Civil Aviation Authority. This means if we or any supplier ceases trading, your money and your holiday are guaranteed by law.
How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 hours during office hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–8pm). Enquiries sent outside office hours receive a response first thing the following morning. For urgent matters, call or WhatsApp us directly.
Can I pay for my holiday in instalments?
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans on most bookings—typically a deposit to secure your trip, with the balance due 8–10 weeks before departure. We’ll always explain the payment schedule clearly before you commit to anything.
Do you charge a booking fee?
No. There are no hidden service fees or booking charges. We earn our margin through the supplier relationships we have built over many years—which also means we often access better pricing than booking direct or through an online aggregator.
Can you help with flights only — no hotel?
Absolutely. Our sister brand TravelinBusiness specialises in flight-only bookings, including premium cabin options. Just let us know and we’ll connect you with the right specialist immediately.
What if I need help while I’m travelling?
