Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf

Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf is an all-villa Arabian village within Madinat Jumeirah — butler-served summerhouses and Malakiya villas threaded by abra waterways, beside Burj Al Arab on the Jumeirah coast. Days run on abra rides to dinner, a dine-around across more than fifty Madinat venues from Souk Madinat Jumeirah to the over-water Pierchic, Dubai's longest private beach at more than two kilometres, and complimentary access to the Wild Wadi Waterpark next door. The accommodation runs from beachfront and garden summerhouses, each with a butler and a majlis sitting room, to one-bedroom summerhouse suites and just seven two-bedroom Malakiya villas with private plunge pools. The Talise Spa at Madinat works from twenty-six treatment rooms with a hammam, and there are five pools, one of them adults-only. Children are well looked after, with Sinbad's Kids Club and KiDS at Al Naseem across the resort. On a bed-and-breakfast basis, with a Jumeirah Flavours half-board dine-around, around 35 minutes by road from the airport, it is the romantic, family-friendly Arabian counterpoint to the city's modern towers.
