JA Palm Tree Court

JA Palm Tree Court is an all-suite family beach resort within the 128-acre JA The Resort estate at Mina Jebel Ali, towards Dubai's south — one of the city's few genuine all-inclusive options. Around 210 low-rise suites, from roughly sixty square metres, sit on an 800-metre private beach, rising to exclusive Residence suites with a butler, a Champagne welcome and complimentary laundry. The whole-estate dine-around includes pan-Asian cooking at White Orchid and a signature table at Tamr, all on the all-inclusive plan. The activities run deep: a nine-hole, par-35 championship golf course with a floodlit range and a David Leadbetter academy, the JA Equestrian Centre with air-conditioned stables and lessons for all levels, a Watercooled watersports centre for water-skiing, wakeboarding and sailing, a private marina running seaplane tours over Dubai, a shooting club with Beretta shotguns and a Just Splash waterpark — more than forty activities in all. The JA Spa and three to four pools cover the calmer days, and the Pirates and Mermaids kids' club keeps younger guests busy. On a genuine all-inclusive basis, around 45 minutes or more by road from the airport, it is the most secluded and activity-rich of the Dubai set.
