The Tryall Club

The Tryall Club is a 2,200-acre gated estate about twelve miles west of Montego Bay, a former sugar plantation built around an eighteenth-century Georgian Great House with a private mile of white-sand beach. Its celebrated coastal championship course, running to nearly seven thousand yards along the sea, has hosted world-class events including the Johnnie Walker World Championship, and around ninety-two independently owned villas — from one to ten bedrooms, most with a private pool and each fully staffed with a cook, butler and housekeeper — make it a standout for families, multi-generational groups, golfers and full estate buyouts, usually on Saturday-to-Saturday rentals. The Ooshan ocean-side bar and restaurant brings contemporary Jamaican fine dining and sunset cocktails, alongside Great House dining and a Beach Club, with a modern tennis and pickleball centre, a wellness spa and the Hummingbird Kids' Club rounding out an estate built for gathering. It is around twenty to thirty minutes from the airport.
